  Yes, by signing up as a tabletop sponsor for the 2025 HEA Annual Conference at the Halekulani Hotel, I agree to follow all event and venue guidelines. I understand I’ll receive a 6’ table, and that all materials must fit within this space. Power and Wi-Fi may be available but are not guaranteed. I agree to have a representative at my table during exhibit hours. Setup and breakdown instructions will be provided about two weeks before the event. Sponsorships are non-refundable. I release and hold harmless the Hawai‘i Economic Association (HEA) and the venue (the Halekulani Hotel property) from any claims or liability related to my participation. I understand that HEA may adjust table assignments or request removal of materials that are unsafe, disruptive, political, or inconsistent with the goals of the conference or the mission of HEA as an organization.
